17th December 2018. Completed my pulmonary rehab course today. It was the best thing for me -lots of advice exercises detailed explanation of our problems and how to deal with them. The course covers several weeks of intensive build up of monitored exercise and is well worth doing if you have not had the chance. Every one enjoy a Happy peaceful Christmas and see you in the new year.

I’ve never been on a pr course but thanks to people here sharing their experiences I’ve learned helpful tips and advice through them. I’m glad yours had been beneficial for you too. Wishing you a happy Christmas too.

Well done for that.I’m on the waiting list having done one a couple of years ago.

I too really benefited but once left to my own devices sadly I lost interest, as the gyms here are way out of my budget.

But good luck. I hope you keep it up.
