Feeling cold

Hi lately I have been getting really cold spells that last for about an hour then it goes away,dose anyone else get like this or could give me a reason why please X

I would ask the GP for a checkup..I used to get that late afternoons..

Mine was low blood sugar, low blood pressure, told to have a hot cup of tea and a couple of biscuits.
