Doctors appointment

I went with my elderly neighbor to her appointment with the doctor last week as she was a bit concerned.

After a thorough examination he said to her

‘I think you have acute angina ‘

My neighbor went a bit red and replied:

‘That’s very good of you to notice, but what is wrong with me?’
