Dodgy lungs damaged by clots but not getting worse when checked except that they are because my lungs are being restricted by my back getting more humped due to spinal stenosis. I never thought about that. Can't operate - too old and not an easy op .

I feel for you Jaybird, I can't have an op with a GA because of my conditions, my spine has no curve, and botton gone, god know how I will be operated on. Good Luck.

Sorry to hear you have trouble with your lung due to the inoperable back problem Jaybird19, have they not suggested going to breath strengthening classes at physio. ? I am starting this next month but because they were proposing to do major surgery on me. I am guessing you do breathing exercises anyway because of your lung difficulties. As said nothing ever comes in ones does it . Thinking of you ,take care xx
