Do you have a salt cave near you I would recommend that. Just google salt cave and it should tell you if there is one in your area.

Yes I do I checked a few weeks back but haven’t been then got told you need to go two or three times a week for it to be beneficial??? Which put me off as it’s £35 a session , but first one is free so was going to see what it’s like !!

I started going in May I got a voucher from woucher cost me £10. Then got the next week free. Then they had an offer for 10 sessions for £150 so I bought that only went twice a week for two weeks. And ended up in hospital with with an exaserbation of my COPD in June. So I still have sessions to use. I think they have different deals every month.

Hi, I use a salitair salt pipe for at least 15 mins per day but aim for about 25 and though I’ve not personally used a salt cave, I wouldn’t think it would be any more beneficial than using the salt pipe as it’s going direct to our lungs. If my pipe seems less ‘salty’ after a few mins, I turn it upside down a couple of times to refresh the salt dust.

My friends have noticed a difference in my snoring when we go away so must be doing some good, in fact, one of my friends has bought one for herself, think they’re beneficial for sinus problems as well.

Good luck.

Hi Northenlass , I have used it 3 times and already felt benefit from it ... see your point about salt cave .. it would be a bit of a trek to go to salt cave as it’s right in Edinburgh and I live outside Edinburgh .. least I can use saltair in my own home l😂 thanks for your reply , everyone is so helpful on here x
