i get a lot of uti,s and kidney infections while using Spiriva, is there any alternative inhaler i can use instead, am on symbycort and ventolin as well as Siriva, i have COPD and had for 6 yrs, looked it up and Spiriva gives a lot of uti,s and kidney infections, it is just a side effect but not nice, any help most welcome, thank you,

from the start I had a choice given me of either Spiriva or the optional offered Genuair a greek one. The reason for my choice was that I found the Spiriva inhaler too small and dainty for my arthritic fingers even though the active stuff Aclidium Bromide was far better and more approved by my respiratory doc.

I have been changed to Braltus. Seems to be very similar but no probs with it.

Is that the powder form the spray ones best gets in your lungs no bad tastes and its cheaper than the spay one
