I am also suffering with this mucus problem. Its not every day, Really scary when it happens in public. I have had to run outside to a bush as i feel it coming out on its own. I have noticed rice & pizza are likely to bring it on. But any food can cause it. Right after 2 bites i feel the blockage in my chest, i have to throw up the mucus.. it will either be resolved or it can get rough where food comes up too. Tje whole episode goes on too long
