Coughing up round balls stickey mucus

I have experiencing this for almost 5 years from now. Difficult in breathing every afternoon. I always struggle to cough out those sticky mucus. Once I cough it out, I used to feel better. I used to drink 2 or 3 cups of hot water to make the mucus soft and easy to cough it out. I go for medical check but did not find solution... currently I feel my left side, am not really sure it's my lung or stomach. I used to feel a bit itchy and wanted to put my hands inside to scratch it. Currently am working around the clock to find solution to this problem.

Any one has the solution can help.

There is a bark of tree 🎄 called Herima. Its leaves are of heart or lung shape. A traditional remedies that used to treat lung infection but I haven't tried it yet, will soon try this remedy and give feed back to the group.

Hello Andrew and welcome. I, and many on this forum use Carbocistiene which is designed to thin the mucus. I find it works very well together with drinking lots of fluids. I don't know if it's available to you over there, but maybe it comes with a different name. I wish you all the best, keep in touch, Laurie xx

Living in ' Papua New Guinea' with all the heat and humidity that part of the world, Does drinking extra fluids not help. Can't be easy to breath in sticky heat, I found that out the hard way,

Not sure this is relevant but on occasions I have the same sticky balls of mucus, my dr says they are clumps of white blood cells fighting the condition.
