Sorry for the bees Seaforth. I can't afford Manuka Honey. I believe it is delicious.

I'm a fan of manuka honey and noticed that Holland and Barrett had it in their 'one penny' sale recently, making it half the price it usually is if you buy two jars. Worth looking out for.

Hi

Prices already affected at ASDA £2 per jar increase on 10+ and 15+ respectively.

Holland and Barrett have wellbeein 12+ Manuka honey on their website at £7 ish as the Best before date is the end of Feb. Seems fine.

My granddaughter has recurring croup, she was prescribe a strong antibiotic that smelt of horse *^*t, chemist said to daughter try Manuka honey, and touch wood, she does still get coughs and colds but seems to recover well, seldom getting the croup, having said that she's croup at the moment, she's probably got an asthma element, asthma on both sides of the family, they got 25+ strength from Holland and Barrett, I really like it.
