Hi. I rate it. A few years ago when I was desperate to get well I bought 25+ & had a coffee spoonful 3 times a day, like a medicine. A few months later when I was recovering I bought 15+ and had that every day instead, keeping the 25+ for when fighting bugs. Real manuka is quite expensive, Wellbeein was one I bought. Now I'm pretty well so I use local honey instead @ £5 a jar.

No, it can't do any harm. At the time I regarded it as an investment, as a dear member here told me then "you're worth it".

Hi - I am just about to order more Manuka honey UMF. I read up on it last summer & ordered Steens 20+ UMF (the higher the number the better the honey). I found it really helped me through the winter months. It was about £38. Now I've looked for same & price now near £60! To long to explain the Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) info just google. Interesting reading. The price is not lol... may opt for 15+...Just over a flare up & rescue pk finished so need to put some good bacteria back in colon. I take gd probiotic for that job. Best wishes to you.

Local honey for me it has good antibactarial qualities as well as being good for hayfever 🐝 has far less air miles than manuka. and is good for the local enviroment support your local beekeeper 😊

i used manuka honey 35+ when I had pneumonia - I now use it over the winter in a lesser strength hopefully to ward of bugs and help me to sleep !
