Hi everyone hope your ok,,,im doing ok have been feeling a bit down and sorry for myself lately eating like a pig all the wrong foods cakes

biscuits chocolate ect in 2 yrs have put on 2 half stone well today im off to join the gym lose this weight and get fit and keep my Copd at mild ,,wish me luck,,lol,x

I'm lucky. I eat what I've always eaten and stay reasonably the same weight. Mind you, my partner is a very good cook and makes sure I get decent meals.

Flowers89, that's a good decision, hope it works out for you. Glad I'm not the only one giving the Gym a try. It has helped my weight and is supposed to improve the breathing but the joint's are suffering a bit, but I wish you good luck as we are all different and it helps to get you out and about for company.x

had my gym induction and a go on some of the equipment did 5 mins on treadmill,bike rowing machine only used low settings so wasnt out of breath going to take it steady as my fitness level is really bad,,x
