Thank you Pat - Went down well , easier by far then other prodedure, was going to tell me to come back in 6 months, but showed me a bit in camera and said we will see if that need moving, so have to go back in 3 months, Yea reallt easy was in and out in an hour, no painfull spinal. So I shall see what I shall see in June x

How beautiful Ern , what a fantastic piece and thanks for sharing. We are definitely getting there with the daffodils and newborn lambs but these frosty mornings and evenings are still with us. I have my dates for my bio med treatments. First infusion 17/4 second 1/5 . I really hope it works and returns my immune system back to normal. Hope you are doing ok and keeping out of trouble.
