Sauna and steam room
Steam from the bath is murder for me but I believe many other members find it helpful - if you are okay with steam in the shower, it may be a good idea but would take someone with you, just in case.
Hi, years ago I went a couple of times and I couldn't stand it, that was before I was diagnosed with emphysema but after I'd wrongly been diagnosed with asthma. I could be that it's different for everyone though and some people may reply saying it was good. The problem for me was that the steam and heat in a sauna is so dry. Libby
I have emphysema and I love steamy rooms, especially bathrooms. Always being shouted at by wifey for not putting the extractor on. I don't care though, I am brave and besides, there is a really good lock on the door. Get hit when I come out though.

I wouldn't attempt it myself but you may be ok. A good test might be to stand outside the steam room and wait for someone to open the door, that steamy air will hit you quickly and your lungs will soon let you know. Definitely wouldn't go there in winter, with everyone sharing their bugs, ideal environment for multiplication.
Thank you all for answering

All i can tell you is that any room with high uwmidete is a no no
even the bathroom the door has to be open or the two windows got to be open.
As i will find it had to breath if they are not .
