Steam room

Well I used the old steamer and sauna both...i wasn't impressed really with either to be honest...I covered mouth and nose the whole time did 10 mins in each ...i was bored sitting there lol I don't feel affected by it but my skins tighter don't know if I could use on a regular basis....i will stick with my weights treadmill and climbing ladder least I'm on the move xxxxx

Iv used them before when on a holiday and enjoyed them but to be honest I don't mind them..Andrew enjoyed it more than me so he can leave me for an extra half hour to work my booty lol xxxx

You covered your mouth and nose 😁how did you breath. To be honest, I found it helped my breathing in the steam room

I used my small gym towel to breath into it smelt better than socks lol xx

Lol it did I use black lace comfort in my washing machine or is it pink lace....you suggestive not at all its taken in good humour by me anyways 😚🤗

Seriously this thing is a killer lol it's a battle with me I started with 5 floors now I'm up at 30 I hate it x

Not surprising really. Arms above your shoulders compromises chest movement ergo your breathing too.

completely lost the plot here Angie,What is a climbing ladder and why are you climbing floors?let alone doing things with your "booty"Why is your gym spread over 25 floors.Think i need another sip of G&T meds to comprehend all this...xx

Lol climbing ladder is rotating steps at the gym that you climb and you can set your pace on them for every 30 stairs you climb that is counted as 1 floor ....it gets my booty (bum) in shape ...do you comprehend now or is your GnT gone to your head cheers I have water 😁😁😁😁

Wrong bit of the north, here in Sheffield you can't move for trees despite the the road contractors trying to get rid of any that disturb a kerb or wrinkle a pavement. We have 2nd longest lime avenue in the country (nearly 4 miles) and a lot of them will go, probably be replaced with poplars, seems to tree of choice for the new ones.

Forests don't need trees, lots of gaps in New Forest, beggarr all trees in Dartmoor Forest where I used to live. Peak Forest and Bowland also spring to mind.

Ooppss been sunny here today just had a walk and a picnic but not a posh one lol ...i used to love a ride on the beach with the donkeys at Blackpool used to get dragged down as kids for the fair fortnight .. fingers crossed for better weather tommorow for you xx
