Hi. I arrived in Spain from the UK for 3 months early December. Sadly brought the flu with me, 5 days later I went to see the Doctor here, feeling worse with a big wheeze, he said I had bronchitis! (this is a first for me) So due to my asthma and Eosinophilic asthma, mild bronchiectasis he gave me a fast acting antibiotic injection and 5 days antibiotics 500mg X1....plus 1 month of 1x4mg steroids. Started to eventually pick up when it seemed to hit me again....went back to see the doctor who repeated another 5 days of antibiotics and continue to take the steroids. I'm still not right, short of breath on doing something small, breathless ect ect.....Has anyone got any ideas why I'm not going back to normal ? I await my Consultant to get back to me. I really don't want this to turn into something else.

I would give the asthma UK nurses a ring on 0300 2225800, office hours. They are great.
As you're in Spain, it may be easier to use the WhatsApp avenue to Asthma UK help, details in the link below.
