Advice please, headaches with Duoresp Spiromax but otherwise working well???

Been on Duoresp Spiromax for couple of weeks. Seems to be working well for breathlessness but I get headaches with it. Has anyone had this and - if so - how long did the headaches last for. I am loathe to try yet another inhaler. Thank you for any replies.

I luckily have not had a headache with it. I also have not been taken to a and e since I started with it. So I am a fan of it.

Hopefully the headaches will fade away.

I’ve been on Duoresp Spiromax for quite a few years now (among other things).

I don’t get headaches with this and find it works well for me, although I still get flare ups a couple of times a year.

Hopefully your headaches will disappear as your body gets used to it. 🤞

I am on the same medication but have not experienced any side effects. I hope you get it sorted.

Have you checked if it is a recognised side-effect of the medication? The leaflet included in the box will have that information.

I have used Spiromax for about 3 years and have never had any problems.
