Back to the side effects

I take accolate 20 and symbicort to control my breathless between exerbations but it's not quite enough, I have been given Atrovent and spiriva to help but I have problems with them both. Dizziness nausea and severe headaches. I am wondering if I can take it through my nebuliser with less side effects, as it is a finer spray and takes longer to take. I was wondering if anyone else finds it easier through a nebuliser, as I really need it
