Hi I'm new caz 35, years old been asthmatic since birth

Now on salbutamol seretide montelukust

Beconase, nasal spray, anti hists

Nebuliser,

Steroids 10 a day for 8 days

Another chest infection

Now I can't seem to do much at all to set of my asthma

It's bad, also stress related an my mum passed away 6 weeks ago

Thus bad bout,

Any advice suggestions please

I'm sorry about your mum, it must be such a difficult time for you.

As you know yourself stress is a big trigger for asthma so my only advice is to try to take things one day at a time, be kind to yourself and don't rush your recovery.

Hello. Welcome to the forums. I am really sorry to hear about your mum. I agree that stress and emotional upset can make things much worse/delay recovery and so it's worth taking extra care of yourself at the moment. I hope you find some advice and support here, I'm sure you will. Take care
