Piercing Left Chest and Shoulder Pain: Is it Osteoarthritis or Bronchitis ?

Three months ago I was exposed to cold after losing a loved one. Then this burning sensation started in my left shoulder through the chest radiating to the arm muscles. X-rays revealed bronchitis, and cervical wear. I was on meds for a whole month with physio. I would feel a tender lump in my left area between the neck and shoulder during physio. It was painful to touch. The doctor said because I hadn't used that left side much after my total hysterectomy in 2019, because I could feel lots of vertigo when I slept on my left, this side of the body had contracted. The muscles and veins. After the physio atleast I can sleep on my left for sometime though it's not comfortable as such. But I try to Balance sleeping on both sides.

After one or two months I went for the Astrazeneca vaccine, the initial one. Then I started feeling bad chest pains. The doctor said it was Hpylori and I was medicated. It cleared.

It's been a week now, the initial pain in my left is back. Its like I have developed an allergy to cold weather. I stopped showering cold water since this issue begun coz it could cause me nasal congestion.

Am tired of taking meds due to osteo which comes in immediately you loose your oestrogen, then the increased hot flushes and hormonal imbalances am on HRT, lower back ache, and many other related problems,,,,lots of meds I try to break from.

But now this ache in my left shoulder only. By the way I went for ECG and found it was normal.

This pain, when I even enter a room with AC on,,,I feel itchy sensation in my left back and shoulder blade (I ask someoneto scratch my back for relief). The burning sensation increases. The arm muscles ache. The piercing pain in my chest feels so bad. So I got to cover myself to keep warm. Don't forget I got this crazy flushes. Am always wiping my face. I try to Balance between cold and sweat 😓.

I can't run. I was cut short by my doctor when my knees swell after exercising and I couldn't move. So I walk. Alot at work. Till the right one feels warm and some pain crops in. Note that I have been on strong antibiotics for some good amount of time.

But now, this new one, Help me to understand,,,what is it that is eating me within on my left side Shoulder???

Is it the effect of the surgery?

Is it arthritis?

Is it bronchitis?

Is it an allergy?

Is it old age? 😅🤣

Or all of the above?

Well Lunje we are not diagnosticians on this forum. your various symptoms might be helped by HRT I suppose but with a complex medical history this has to be for the professionals in my view. Other posters might be able to suggest something.
