As far as I’m aware its over the counter medicine, so any pharmacy - we don’t have it in UK, but it’s similar to paracetamol.

Thankyou for your input Dorset Lady, I amNow taking Pregabalin and Ibuprofen. Hoping to help with sciatica and arthritis. Any suggestions happy to hear.

I use CBD ointment for my arthritic shoulder & knee - seems to help.Don’t know how good it is on severe arthritis though only recently tried it so didn’t use it on my other shoulder, knee or hip before replacement surgery carried out.

But maybe worth a try, rather than add in another tablet to swallow! Can be purchased on line - Amazon cheaper than direct from manufacturers- sensiwellness.co.uk/cbd/

I have just started using Voltarol 12 hours Joint Pain Relief 2.32% Gel. It really helps me alongside pain medicines I take orally. I cannot take Ibuprofen as I developed small stomach ulcers from it, as did my sisters!
