Hi, when pain is so bad have you tried meditation, even acupuncture.
Emersons Green treatment centre Bristol waiting times are 2 weeks from referral then 4 weeks to surgery for hips, AND NOT affected by the recent NHS announcement.

Have you tried the weight loss forum and also NHS 12 week plan it's brilliant for support I didn't think I could lose weight due to not being able to do any exercise at all but l lost nearly 2 stone by eating healthy food and cutting down Sorry I know it's not easy but it will be so worth it to get rid of your dreadful pain
i,m on there aswell and i,m now under a dietition so hopping something will happen soon
Whoever gets food shopping, cut out All sugary items. If not in home, can’t eat it.
However, have plenty nuts, apples, eat these instead. Gp. Will not refer you, until you loose weight. So it’s up to you. Meanwhile, as suggested by PMR Pete, get a tens pen. Cost around £20. I have one, it stops the pain especially at night, so you can get a good nights sleep. Meanwhile, get referral to see Physio to learn exercise you can do at home.
Good luck. Slivia
Hi. Go to your local MP & get a letter from them regarding the time you have waited. Send it to the necessary department. Samuel.
its the gp thats stalling it all the time
TENS units have helped me a lot. There's a lot of different brands but they all mostly do the same thing. There are some good recommendations here: travelerinfohub.com/healthm...
