Hi I am new to the site and hoping someone can help, I have arthritis in my knee which is extremely painful and limits my walking, someone suggested a knee brace might help but no idea of which one would be best, any ideas please ,

I use these - smile.amazon.com/Athledict-... You have to buy two. I found I like the material better than some of the other ones, because I tend to sweat and these don't react with my skin. Might want to touch base with your doc and see if they have a suggestion, too.

Hi I have jjust replied to someone else. Re the knee brace. That is what I thought I was getting but it was a heavy clumsy thing that went from my ankle to my thigh and I could not manage the straps as I have arthritis in my fingers. There may be one for the knee only, but my leg is out of alignment so perhaps that waswhy it was so bigYou can but try and seehow you get on. Good luck

I use this knee brace amzn.to/30Bzy6v

I struggle with the ones that pull on as I have arthritis in my fingers.

I find this does help, it gives it support.

As for the pain when arthritis wants to hurt you I am not sure anything helps. I have been using a hot water bottle, which eases it for a while.

I take a few painkillers at night which rather knock me out.....that helps.
