Puffiness

Been noticing the last few week that the tops of both of my fee are very puffy where the veins on the top of my feet are. Not sure if it’s inflammation I’m seeing or something else. My right foot seems to be the worst between the two. As you can see in the picture where it’s puffy and also very red. Also very painful on a daily basis now . It hurts to stay on my feet for a long period of time now. It’s looked like this for over a month or so now. What am I dealing with right now? This is the top of my right foot. What can I do about this. Thanks for any suggestions.

I actually see my gp this month. I will bring it to his attention. There is some puffiness that stays there quite often on that same foot.

Millie, Like you I have OA as well in several parts of my body. My knees,shoulders, spine ect. So I’m wondering if this is the OA I’m seeing in my foot as well. It’s stays painful every day and makes it hard to walk . It’s gotten to the point now that my whole entire foot hurts. Even through my toes too. I’ve gotten to the point that I don’t want to have shoes on my feet unless they are my uggs Olsen moccasin slippers. That’s the only thing comfortable for me.
