Hydrocortisone injections

Hi all I've just come home from hospital after having a ultra sound guide injection in my hip, due to have another in other side soon, i have bilateral DDH, this is the first time I've had steroid injections I'm just wondering if I'm able to have a bath as it's a bit achy now pain relief has worn off so I want to have a bath to help relief as I usually do when in pain, am I able to has anyone had this and could possibly give me advice, all I've been told is that I need to take it easy next few days and not do any strenuous activity.thanks in advance x

Hi there, only had guided ones into finger and depo medrone into bottom but never been told I couldn’t bathe..... just enjoy your relax time. Epsom Sea Salts added to the bath water great for sore joints and muscles!

Were you adviced to keep the area dry for a day or two, that was advice i was given
