Knees

Hi

My right knee is very sore and painful.

It is really bad when using the stairs.

a long time ago i had keyhole surgery the doctor said it was wear and tear, then a year later I had it done again.

He said the more times I have it done, I would be more at risk for arthritis.

Now many years later my knee is starting again.

What can I do to help myself.

Many thanks

Junie

The best advice would be to speak with your GP. It may not be anything to do with the bone but the soft tissue surrounding it. Pain is nature's way of telling you there is a problem so see your GP for advice.
