I feel so alone right now and there is a lot of mental pressure rn. I keep reaching out but I can’t get any help . I don’t have anyone. And I’m running out of road. Has anyone experienced this intense mental pressure inside their head?

Hi Granolalover7777
I’m sorry things are feeling this way and that you’re feeling alone.
Please do keep reaching out to the healthcare professionals and others supporting you. Is anyone due to visit you soon, or if not could you call and ask to talk to someone? If it helps, perhaps write down how you’re feeling and share it with them?
Feeling like there’s a lot of intense mental pressure in your head sounds hard, is there anything that helps you feel calmer? Do try and get some rest whenever there’s any opportunity. The early weeks of a new baby are so exhausting, if things aren’t feeling ok do keep pushing for that support.
If you need to talk to someone, know the Samaritans are always there to listen - 116 123.
Sending very best wishes,

Yes I did have that mental pressure in my head and it is excruciating. You can’t get away from it and it’s relentless. This is your brain telling you that you need to get to someone who can help you. Like the others have said please reach out to your providers. They can help you get you some relief. Don’t do what I did - I waited far too long to get help and the situation was really dire by the time I did. You don’t have to suffer that much.
Hello Granolalover7777
I’m sorry to hear you keep reaching out but can’t get any help. I wonder if you have been in touch with any of the support groups via links given in your earlier post? Or have you contacted the perinatal care team as you are entitled to their support until your baby is one year?
Take care ... perhaps a friend or family member will be able to speak with professionals on your behalf if you agree.🌻
