Good morning Astarlove, I’m sorry to hear you feeling in a panic state . I’ve been there for before , I remember after I was discharged from the MBU I would get so anxious to be left alone with my daughter.

Eventually after the time those anxious feelings disappeared. Try to keep someone close if you can to reassure you when something like what you mentioned above happens , just to give you that support.

Also let the perinatal team know that you are having these feelings.
