Hi all has anybody experience like a uncomfortable feeling in there neck or throat like there’s a lump but there’s not .. I had PPP this feeling has only returned recently I don’t know what to do ... 1. Accept it and hope it goes away 2.Contact Dr which I really don’t want to 3. Look at a holistic route ... it’s really uncomfortable when it happens and I can’t wear anything high up round my neck ..

Hello Snowy122

I'm sorry you have this feeling .... it must be very unsettling for you. As it has only returned recently do you think it might be linked to anxiety? I can see that you really don't want to contact your GP but I think it might be an idea as counselling might be a way of helping you? I think talking about how we feel and having someone to interpret our thoughts can be very reassuring.

I hope some of this is helpful .... there will be other mums here with their good advice and support. Take care.

That is curious. I'd recommend talking to your doctor about it: it's better to know than to wonder, right?

Not what you're looking for?
