Does anyone suffer from restless legs (due to side effect)and how do they cope mine are driving me mad please help

Hello Meadow, I'm a newby aswell, and I'm not sure how this woks. But I just caught site of your post and thought I'd contact you (if you dont mind). I suffer exactley the same! It drives me nuts! After suffering this for years, and not realising that it's a side effect from my medication, I am at a loss as to how to deal with it! I tend to stretch my leg and point my toes as hard and as long as I can. I also circle my feet pushing each movement to the max. Some times I will have to do this for about 5 minutes to help relieve the sympton, but other times I have to do it for a lot longer (which realy gives my OH the right royal hump! lol).Ii've tried to work out if it's got something to do with how much I do over the course of the day. ie; is it worse if Im having a lazy day? Or is it worse if I do alot of walking etc? At the mo, it is what it is........PAINFUL! I would luv to know if you try some of my exercises and they help. I hope you get a resolution to this very soon. good luck. x
