Well after a horrid week of tears and anxiety I am back on track. Been on antibiotics that I shouldn't have been prescribed as they increase anxiety!!! I have stopped the tablets and the tears and anxiety has stopped. Just goes to show what tablets can do!!! Been to see my therapist who strongly agrees that it was the antibiotics. I have been doing sooo well in EMDR that this week has really thrown me off course. So hope I have turned the corner again. ; )
