hi caz its emotional freedom tapping. you can goole it for info, i learn it from a alternative therapist, everything is worth trying to see if it helps, different things help different people, & you know its not going to hurt you.

Hi Janice, someone on this site was suffering from anxiety and got cured by EFT, I send him/her email to ask more about it and they went ahead to learn EFT but they still haven;t send any reply!!! I heard a lot about it, the thing is my mind tells me that it is stupid thing to do and will not work, I guess when i have this attitude it wouldn't work anyway?? let me know what you think??
