Hi lonestar. Having a good period at the moment, after rubbish few days last week. Even managed to go on a weekend away hen do and did not get panicky once, or need to sit down as got dizzy. Even out clubbing until early hours on Saturday morning. Good times/

But will take each day as it comes. Hoping to increase hours back at work if psychiatrist lets me from next week.
