Back in December my anxiety and depression came back full force. Even turned into a hypochondriac for a while. Since then I’ve been doing so so much better. I’ve been talking to friends, family, and my doctor about everything. The anxiety is still here to some degree but it’s definitely not as bad. This little group is a great stepping stone to get help. Seeing other people dealing with the same problems I have been dealing with is great to know that I wasn’t alone. My advice to everyone is talk to anyone that will listen. Getting stuff off of your chest takes away a lot more than you think it will

Absolutely kstith, talking with people who have been through the same struggles is a learning experience in itself. We not only support but we

truly care because we've been there. Continued success :) xx

You're exactly right; having a family member, a friend. Or someone right here to listen is a big help. It is getting it off of you which make a big difference. It's not a cure all but it helps. So talk talk talkLike Agora1 says we truly care.

I'm glad you're doing better and hope you will fully recover from anxiety soon. I also have health anxiety and I feel like it's worse than anxiety. You just keep having negative thoughts about your health. Whenever I had anxiety attacks due to that I would talk to my mom and I would feel better immediately. So yes talking with people and going out, having fun makes you feel better
