I'm just looking for some advice. What do or have you done when its come to you jobs and anxiety? I worked in the OR for 7 years and this last August I felt I needed a change i wasn't being treated fairly and I wanted to get out of healthcare. So I took a job closer to home for a pay cut. It was the biggest mistake of my life. The job I went to was so much work it turned my anxiety and depression to 1000. I found another job but I'm starting with the anxiety around co workers and feeling like I'm a failure abd I habe no idea what to do with my life.

Anxiety at the job
The outcome of an active step (the second job sucking) and taking an active step (moving jobs) are separate.
You only have limited control of the second step and I'm sure you didn't go out your way to find a job you disliked.
Do you like the new job? If so it sounds like a natural transition period of getting social with co-workers and the anxiety which comes with that. Take steps your comfortable with to socialize in your work and it will likely resolve with time.
Personally I'm self employed, which comes with it's own anxieties. Scheduling and putting in the work and study hours, book-keeping, site management and maintenance. I remind myself that all of these things are a work in progress and that there will be setbacks and bad days with anything I take on, then I plan the next day, aiming to improve those points which didn't go so well. I don't have much other advice except to be compassionate with yourself, your not a failure for being a fallible human with your own set of struggles, we all are and we all have.
Have you tried stress supplements? A goood B vitamin complex might help a lot. Here is a good source:
