Random pain sent me spiraling

Hello all, I was on here about 6-7 years ago when my anxiety first started and now I’m back. It started when I convinced myself I was dying and went to the ER more times than I can count. I was put on medication around that time and was only on it for about a year or so, I felt horrible-heightened anxiety and random crying. I weaned myself off of those because I wanted another child and I had twins. I was able to handle my anxiety medication free up until now. Over the past few days I have been having a very hard time. Im pretty sure I pulled a muscle in my upper back on the left side and have since decided that I’m having a heart attack and am dying. I started experiencing arm discomfort, acid reflux, the upper back pain is still there etc. After going down the rabbit hole of Google, all of these symptoms are apparently how some women experience heart attacks. My thoughts have become fixated on this possibility.
