Not a pro, but for me it’s “whatever I’ll do consistently,” currently 30 min 4x a week. Old Nordic Track ski machine. I think I’m usually in “fat burn” or “cardio endurance.”

Mine is 3 times a week 1 hour of Cardio Endurance on a treadmill

We have a treadmill with an incline. It kicks my butt! I was doing something called PiYo, for flexibility and core strength. I need to get back to that.
