Oximeter
Hi
Did your doctor tell you to wear the oximeter when walking?
I could almost bet that you are holding your breath in anticipation of
walking or exercising. That would make your heart beat slow as well as
feel a little dizzy headed. When walking, you need to breathe normally.
Expand that chest and take in oxygen.
It sounds like your focus on heart issues making you scared when you do anything.
I was once there myself. I wanted to protect my heart against anything strenuous
which was the wrong thing. The heart is a muscle and likes to be challenged with a
brisk walk or exercise.
Relay this info to your doctor regarding the slow beat before exercising. xx
40bpm is abit low dojt you think? And no I measured it when I felt dizzy so I sat down then felt it I only walked from the kitchen to my room theh it happened
40bpm is low whether you were sitting or not. Feeling dizzy can come from many reasons like dehydration/blood sugar levels etc Since I am not a doctor, please
give your doctor a call and let him access the situation. He knows your health history
and may be able to reassure you. Don't worry unnecessarily. xx
This happens to me as well. The cardiac nurse told me that when you are having pvc's it will show a low heart rate. There are probably other reasons, but this was explained to me. Good Luck !!
