So a year ago I started taking contraceptive pills, in their instructions it said that they can cause epilepsy attacks which really scared me back then. One afternoon I was really tired and worn out and as I started falling asleep, I remember I had this falling sensation in 10 seconds over and over and over like my body was falling and I didn't know if I should let go into fall or wake up. That really scared me. Every once In a while when I seem to be really stressed out, once in middle of night when I turn around in bed and my body starts falling asleep I feel these weird "attacks" I'd describe them as kind of dizzy imaginary seizures where body is falling into trance and my heart is beating fast I don't know. They scare me so much that I feel dizzy whole day that day, like my head is tired of it. Also lately I get woken up by explosions, a lot of leg jerks and sometimes when I wake up my body feels like it's shaking but it's not.
At this point I hate going to sleep.
Anyone else feels similar thing?
