Has anyone every experienced like a mild pulsing in your stomach? Mine sort of came out of nowhere and I made the mistake of googling it because it's apparently related to the heart? Now I'm super fixated on it and I'm trying not to let it get to me. Because sometimes I do feel other parts my body pulsing (my arm, my thigh, etc).

Stomach Pulsing
Ahh the great Dr. Google does it once again by giving us a generalized diagnosis which may have nothing to do with what you are experiencing.
It's more likely coming from your over sensitized nervous system from anxiety. The little
pulsating episodes (nervous tics) can happen anywhere on the body and doesn't necessarily relate back to the heart but more likely the nerves.
Bring this up to your doctor on the next visit to relieve your concerns. xx
Thank you so much for this reply You're absolutely right! The pulsing stopped after a couple of days (and also because I decided to just 'ride' it out) and it went away after a day or two 😀 I feel like I'm always overly worried when new symptoms appear and although I know Google is the last place I should go to..my itchy fingers just can't help it.
I totally agree with angora1 anxiety makes you hyper sensitive to all body sensations and body auto regulations. For example your heart regulates it self ie from high to lower beats per minute, but a person suffering with anxiety will feel it, and of course then our anxious mind will think that something is wrong and we get more anxious, a never ending circle.
