The last week or so I have been really struggling with my anxiety..I have health anxiety, generalized anxiety, and PTSD. Lately I have had the feeling like my body is heavy or my body is weak. Its a really weird feeling. I also have been having headaches on and off the last couple days which makes me think brain tumor. Im just a hot mess and feel like curling up in a ball and crying my eyes out. Does anyone else feel like there body is heavy or weak? Would really like some input or help
