So confused

In really getting so confused regarding this dam excuse my language Tinitus. I don't know if it's normal T or pulsatile T .sometimes it's in time with my heart beat other times it's not 🤔iv had MRI to rule out Coustic nueroma which all came back clear .iv been referred to ENT cuz I'm so worried and concerned about this whole thing ...when I move my jaw either side I can make the high pitched sound go faster then it stops .if I put my head on my chest it stops as soon as I lift it up again it starts .this has been going on for 6 weeks now and in that time the only people I have seen is the guy who did MRI .iv not had a face to face with any doctor because of covid .I had a hearing test at boots and she only very quickly looked in both ears and said they were fine .however I have lost some hearing in both ears ..I just can't tell which type this T is it's really getting me down now .iv heard so many horror stories on pulsatile T like it can be head or neck cancer I'm really freaking out with this and I still don't have ent appointment yet .😪

Health anxiety is the toughest type of anxiety to have. Self diagnosis is the worst thing you can do, but do understand you need answers and needed them yesterday per se.

We wont have the answers for you, the specialist needs to run tests and give you a formal cause and diagnosis.

Truly hope you have better days with less intrusion of the tinutis, doc visit will give you piece of mind too, the MRI result should have done that but this is how health anxiety rolls.

hi roxiedawn . yes the mri helped with the ears scan but i am now thinking i have a brain tumour or head and neck cancer because i didnt have a brain scan ,i only had what is called a I A M of the ears and brain stem ...thank you for your reply .i will just have to ride this out .x
