I suffer from health anxiety and popped a spot in my ear and know have a bad earache also I’ve got a tender pain feeling on my scalp and neck and am freaking the out I’ve got meningitis or dying of a brain tumour etc I’ve panicked about this before but the pain just feels odd to me if. Anyone has experienced something similar pls message me thanks
