Tongue Bruise

I’ve had this bruise-like spot on my tongue for a few months now. I’m pretty sure it’s from accidentally biting my tongue. Doesn’t hurt at all but because of other unrelated health issues I’ve kind of become a hypochondriac. I’m tired of feeling anxious about every little thing on my body.

Hi healthwarrior, if you are constantly biting your tongue, you might

want to have it addressed by your dentist. In my case, it was a matter of

the dentist just filing down the sharp edge of my tooth. xx
