I have started experiencing ‘going crazy’ forms of anxiety. They usually begin when I am having deep thoughts or whenever I get unpleasant thoughts. Guys, if you have the same problem, how do you manage it, live with it?

‘Going crazy’ anxiety
Hi nuri1 ☺️
I think everyone’s definition of ‘going crazy’ might be different. Personally, I think I am generally quite anxious most of the time but there have been periods of time (usually lasting several weeks but sometimes longer) where I feel I have gone completely ‘crazy’ and my anxiety has taken over every single thought and second of my day and has stopped me being able to live my life.
Whereas for you, it sounds like you’re describing individual moments where you feel more panicked? Perhaps experiencing panic attacks? Just trying to understand exactly what you’re describing to be able to help you better 😊
Hi EleanorRose
Thank you for your answer! This ‘crazy’ anxiety usually manifests when I write in my journal (get deep in discovering the reasons behind my problems). The feeling that I should not go so deep, makes me very anxious. I think that I might go crazy and stop writing. I feel paralyzed, scared and seek distractions. Also, this anxiety can appear when I am having everyday panic attacks (without a particular reason).
