Is this still alcohol-induced anxiety/frustration?

I know all the time I've been asking about the connections between alcohol and anxiety but I feel its still a nightmare for me (along with the on-going lockdown). Last Easter weekend I drank quite a lot from Thursday to Sunday. Then the week after that I was getting more on edge with anxiety. I even got triggered by something personal that I would rather not discuss. I drank some more again the next weekend only this time from Friday to Sunday. And now I'm feeling even worse. I couldn't even get sleep last night because my head was spinning with thoughts. Now I'm suffering not only from increased anxiety but negative feelings in general as well as chest tightness. Anyway I can feel better from this? Thanks
