As The day is nearing an end and I’m getting ready for bed I’m feeling discouraged. Just looking for reassurance or the comfort of knowing that I’m not alone when I struggle to make it through the day some days dealing with the debilitating anxiety symptoms. (Heart speeds up and slows down, breathlessness, cold clammy hands, lightheaded ness, headache, tension, and the list goes on). Pushing myself day after day and doing the best I can to maintain a busy life with kids and a professional job all while appearing “put together” is hard 😔. Who else struggles like me?

Exhausting anxiety
Hi Heatherj89... you’re not alone. I too have had a hard time with my anxiety lately. It’s been challenging getting use to all that’s going on. Working from home, home schooling, etc.
I was struggling with my heart rate. I started focusing on it for some reason and I thought for sure I was doomed. It seemed to be lower than usual.
I reached out to my friend who is a PA and got reassurance that I was ok.
Hang in there, we will get through all of this.
Hope this helps.
Hi .. i’m battling through the daily symptoms of Anxiety too. Trying to keep busy and walk for exercise. It’s absolutely exhausting ! .. after four hours sleep .. i’m awake .. rummaging through the happenings and worries of the day. x
Hi Heatherj89 - Keep hanging on because this too will pass. There is a website with bible based audio topics and information on dealing with and lessening anxiety that you can listen to and download for free. It is graceandsanity.org by Pauline Holmes, PhD. This has helped me immensely in reducing my anxiety and I pray it will help you too. When you are at the website one of the topics you will find is the Fear series. It’s located at the top of the menu where it says Our Web Radio Station. May this be a blessing to you. I’m praying for you now and everyone who is on this site. God bless you.
Hi, I too had awful anxiety after a heart attack in 2014. I felt close to crying all the time, the worst ever. I paid privately for a private doctor/nutritionist who did blood tests and I was depleted in magnesium, he said there isn't enough in our food anymore. I started taking magnesium citrate and I felt so much better within days. I am now taking magnesium malate for my muscles but citrate is well absorbed. Do some research. I also take 500mg ashwagandha in the morning and 500mg L-Theanine with magnesium in the evening. My Mum died in January and I don't have any anxiety. Stress depletes magnesium and causes adrenal fatigue. I had mild adrenal fatigue. I sometimes go to sleep with youtube sleep hypnosis meditations or sleep hypnosis or sleep meditation on alexa are good. You don't have to suffer, I hope this helps. Try different things. Hope you feel better soon, xx
