Fear of dying due to virus

I’ve had minor symptoms that just got worse dry cough side back pain I have fibromyalgia so I can’t tell the difference of symptoms chest tightness I’ve been tested for covid and I’m freaking out I have asthma and don’t want to be admitted to the hospital all by myself I just don’t know what to do 😫

Most people I've heard of are being told to self quarantine, unless severely ill.

Colorado ! Yes my fiancé lives with me doctor said I should be fine still uncomfortable and scary
