What if I’m misdiagnosed..

My trouble swallowing has come back, and fear of swallowing. As if my respiratory symptoms weren’t enough, as if my severe insomnia wasn’t damn enough. I have been taking zoloft twice a day and ITS NOT WORKING! What if I was misdiagnosed as having anxiety? what if this is all a physical illness, or even multiple of them. Do not tell me Anxiety can cause flu-like symptoms, my throat has been sore but tested negative for covid-19 and didnt have the common cold yet I am having flu-like symptoms. Zoloft used to work I guess but it stopped, today my breathing “stopped” for a few seconds. The same old stuff. Im really worried that my disorders are misdiagnosed which include: Somatic disorder, hypochondria (health anxiety), major depressive disorder, GAD, panic disorder.. Yes I have been diagnosed with all these... I can’t believe that it’s all just “mental” and has nothing to do with physical illness. I forgot to add borderline personality disorder. THESE PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS AND FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY. The only allergy I have is dust.
