End of relationship

Hi, I am going through the end of a four year relationship... I don’t know if it’s really over and the whole break up is a long story. But I am struggling so badly with separation anxiety from him. I don’t know how to be with out him right now. It’s awful. I can hardly eat, I can’t sleep, I break down crying and have panic attacks. Like I said we are still in contact right now and I don’t know if we are getting back together but I am so anxious all the time! He was my sun and my moon and without him I can’t help but feel a constant state of panic!
