Any women's that have anxiety do u have irregular periods

Yes, I do. I don’t know whether it is a direct relation to anxiety in my case but it’s something I’ve experienced.

What I do know is that stress can cause irregular periods - once you have ovulated, your period will come within a set number of days (approx. a fortnight) However, stress can stop or delay ovulation which makes your period late.
